Apartments are very poorly built and overpriced. Walls are so cheaply constructed, you can hear everything—EVERYTHING—your neighbors do. Roof has been leaking for over a year. Zero amenities. No building security. No rooftop access. No gym. Packages routinely stolen from mail room. There are so many other choices downtown now, I can't imagine why someone would choose to live here. Front office is helpful, but management company is not. Poor experience. Do not recommend.

This place isn't bad, but I've lived in much cheaper, terrible looking apartments but I've never encountered this level of noise. When I lived here, I could hear my neighbors have simple conversations. They weren't yelling, this was a normal conversation. They really took the cheap route here in terms of sound proofing and insulation materials. I would not recommend unless you want to know everything that you're neighbors are up to. Will never live with Live up Front again.
