This place was one of the best-kept secrets in the area. However, my rent jumped by $100, and I have been here a while. For the people that are here fewer than five years, their rent jumped 30%. It would be nice if wages matched increase, but they are unfairly gouging the residents because they can. It isn't fair, but that is what it is.

Used to be affordable but we are getting a high increase in rent. Appliances are old. People leave there trash outside there door for days. Maintenance is not very good. Hard to get a hold of the property manager. Looking for another place to live along with many other tenants.
