We love the location and amenities of this apartment. Maintenance is rarely needed, but when it is it’s effective and efficient. Our main complaint would be the trash service.

I’ve really enjoyed living at Icon at Hardin Valley Apartment Homes. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. One of my favorite parts is how dog-friendly the community is — my dog and I both love it here! There are great walking areas throughout the complex, which make daily walks enjoyable, and the dog park is such a huge bonus. It’s obvious they put thought into creating amenities that residents actually use and enjoy. My experience since moving into Icon Apartments at Hardin Valley has been largely a positive experience and an enjoyable time. The community is typically quiet and friendly with a great maintenance crew and office staff. I would definitely recommend living here.

Great amenities, great apartments. A couple maintenance issues and mail issues here and there and some loud neighbors but overall very happy to live here.

I am in my second year at Icon and everything has been great. I love my apartment as the space and layout is great for a one bedroom. Very nice flooring, cabinets, and appliances too. Huge bathroom and walk-in closet. Overall amazing apartment. There are so many amenities which make it easy to stay home on occasion and not go anywhere. Maintenance has been great when needed being quick to fix any issues I have had. The office staff is great too and very responsive.
