Living on the first floor has not been so great. Bugs are a serious issue, we pay a pest fee monthly, we’ve lived here for 2 years and I’ve never once seen pest control around our building. We’ve raised numerous concerns to management and there has been times they don’t seem like they care. The amenities are closed half the time even though we pay monthly amenity fees. Also the apartment complex is way too big for the amenities. The pool is way overcrowded, we can hardly use it because it’s... fills up so quickly.

Amazing property with the resort community environment and amenities. The management office staff are friendly, personable to your needs and follow up to make sure you have received the assistance needed. I've only sent a maintenance request a couple of times and they are quick to handle your request. This is the best property I have ever lived!!
