There is mold on in the bathroom and there are lots of parts in the apartment that do not work. I have some serious issues since I moved in and so has my roommate. Wish they were better about their set up process.

Nice living space, roomy rooms, nice amenities. Nice pool, warm atmosphere. Only problem is if you get back to the complex past 9pm, it will be challenging to find a parking spot so you'll have to park at the overflow lot.

This is a very welcoming environment and also has community events. The swimming pool is very nice and clean during the warm months. The study area is very comfortable and has a variety of equipment for residents to use. I love the coffee machine they have there.

Living space and location is great. However, communication and accountability is a huge deal for me. When leasing management makes mistakes a simple apology would be great. Instead you guys ignore that but respond quick to anything billing.

I’ve lived here for about 8 months, and it’s been a great experience overall. The standout feature is definitely the maintenance team. They are incredibly efficient; every time I’ve submitted a work order, it’s been handled within 24 hours with great communication. It’s rare to find a complex that stays on top of repairs this well.
