The staff is super nice and very accommodating. Have a couple of issues with some appliances, doors, paint, etc. but that seems to just be due to the buildings being kind of older and numerous, numerous coats of paint messing up the alignment of doors and drawers. Otherwise, I''m pretty happy so far.

maintenance is so fast with requests! absolutely love it here, and the pool is so nice and quiet. only issue i have is being so close to the dumpsters so trash trucks wake you up

Living at Highland Terrace has been a positive experience overall. The community is quiet, the location is convenient for getting to campus, and the apartment has been comfortable. I appreciate the peaceful environment and the support provided by the housing staff. Overall, it has been a good place to live during my time at UT.

I would say my apartment is 'a home away from home!' My time at UT was incredibly enjoyable because of where I lived. The community, neighborhood, amenities, and location made it an ideal place for students to live.

It was a decent experience. I wish the office was more prompt in communicating with residents. The Laundry needs overhaul. The machines stop working , does not take cards and its been more than a month and they have not fixed it.
