It was a decent experience. I wish the office was more prompt in communicating with residents. The Laundry needs overhaul. The machines stop working , does not take cards and its been more than a month and they have not fixed it.

In apartment amenities are lacking. My oven barely works and maintenance has refused to do anything about it. I had a leak in my ceiling that took forever to fix, and didn’t get fixed till I called multiple times

Living conditions are expected, location is what I was looking for, same with parking. Rocky start with a lack of information, but after having a better conversation about concerns, was resolved.

Move in went very smooth and the leasing agents were very helpful. I was taking over the lease from a past resident, however, I needed an extra month on the lease. The agents worked hard to ensure that I had a place to live until I needed to move.
