They have just installed new stoves, refrigerators, and dishwashers, which is nice. However there is no in-unit laundry. They have raised the price of my unit each year since living here, and they are just now making updates.

Besides the minor cracks/drilled holes in the wall and uncaulked parts in the bathroom. The place is pretty comfortable and quiet. The place is close to school, and the neighbors seem chill.

It was great overall, but my kitchen wasn’t functioning when I moved in. Our ac was perfect, the location is a dream, and bed rooms were massive.
