I’ve lived here for about half a year, and my roommates and I like it! The rent isn’t bad compared to other places around, the only thing we don’t like is that laundry is outside and you have to pay for it.

In my time living here at Highland Terrace I have submitted several maintenance requests for various things. Whether it’s for a new AC filter, weather stripping on my door, leaky faucet, etc they have always come to fix it quickly and at no extra cost. Very happy with maintenance.

I love the location because it is close to campus; only a 10 minute walk. Maintenance are really nice. I wish there was laundry in the apartment.

I have been living at Highland Terrace Apartments since August 2024, and my experience has been very positive. One thing I truly appreciate is how quick and responsive the management team is. Any concerns or maintenance requests are addressed promptly, which makes living here stress-free.
The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable living environment. Overall, Highland Terrace is a great place to live, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a... well-managed and pleasant apartment community.

I highly recommend this place! The rent is very affordable compared to other areas in Knoxville. The staff at the management office are super friendly and make you feel right at home. Plus, being so close to school is a huge lifesaver—no more worrying about long commutes or finding parking on campus!
