I love living in an apartment close to campus because it makes college life so much easier and more convenient. One of my favorite things is being close enough to campus that I can easily get to class without having to worry about a long commute. It saves me time and makes my days feel less stressful. I also love that I can go home between classes if I need to grab something, eat lunch, or take a quick break. Another reason I love my apartment is having access to the pool. It is so nice to have... a place where I can relax, hang out with friends, and enjoy some time outside. Being close to campus also makes it easier to spend time with friends and be involved in school activities. The staff here are all so kind!!

The apartment has a good fair price and great location for ut students. Seems to be a good neighborhood too. I wish there were more and better parking options though

I absolutely love living here and have had a great experience since moving in. The staff is absolutely fantastic and has always been friendly, professional, helpful, and respectful. Anytime I have had a question or needed assistance, they have been quick to help and have always made sure I was taken care of. I really appreciate how welcoming and understanding everyone has been. It makes a huge difference knowing that the staff genuinely cares about the residents and is willing to help whenever... something comes up. Everything has been handled professionally, and I have been very satisfied with my experience so far. Moving here was definitely a great decision, and I am very happy with my apartment and the service I have received. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice apartment with an amazing, dependable, and friendly staff. I am very thankful for everything they do for their residents.

Really close to campus and quiet apartment. I just hope there are some carpets on the floor upstairs so that there can be less noise. It's also a little too far away from the gym and the pool.
