Staff have been very helpful and communicative. However, the property wasn’t in the best condition upon moving in. Problems with things being broke before I even moved in. Work orders also take a long time.

It smelled like cigarettes when we first got in, a lot of the paint does not match, there is a lot of water damage under the sinks and on the walls, and the towel and toilet paper racks fall out of the wall.

the location is good and walking distance to campus. the place is nice and feels very homey. i would recommend for the price however the convenience fees are a little pricey
