Overall people keep to themselves and have been kind, but there are a lot of rule sticklers. The area has been been clean and peaceful. The way the light fixture are designed are annoying.

It’s an incredibly nice and quiet place to live that is full of amenities unlike other apartment complexes. The staff are helpful when it comes to moving in. This is a place that is definitely by the book when it comes to rules and guidelines, which has its positives and its negatives. If you are a quiet keep to yourself type that wants a nice place to live then this is the place for you. If you are not like that, I would not suggest this as a place for you to live. This a place that is... definitely full of the type of people that will report you for anything while saying hello to you in the parking lot. Regardless, it’s a beautiful and fantastic complex and the available amenities are incredible along with the apartments themself
