My wife and I have a house with a full separate apartment available for rent which includes 1 bedroom, 1 bath, a kitchenette, a living room, and a patio with its own driveway and entrance.
Appliances in the kitchenette include a fridge, a mini oven,... a microwave, and an induction cooktop plate with induction pans included. The apartment can be locked from the rest of the house.
