Good apartments with responsive management
I’ve been happy living here overall for three years. The apartments are nice and well maintained. Family friendly, comfortable and a good place to live.

Disappointing.
high raise in rent which is causing a lot of people to move out and $650 fee if you dont pay it by the 5th. Maintenance not up to par and definitely not worth the rent being asked for.

Mold
If I could give this place zero stars I would. A month after moving in we started getting mold in the windows and guest bathroom I have reported for over 6 months with no response from the management! People breaking into cars! Overwhelming smell of marijuana. Drug deals left and right! Guns being pulled on people! Not a safe environment for children.

Park Place Apartments
My apartment is really,really great . The apartment meets every need for my son and me. The staff at the complex is very nice, attentive and accommodating. We love it here!
