The apartments overall are decent, not worth the amount they're asking though.
The biggest issue is their management. I lived here about a year and a 1/2. They started out good, Paula was great.
But now they have Marvin managing the place and he is a liar. They've switched to using AI for communications about the property and maintenance. There have been a few times where the information was either incorrect, or it was just never communicated.
One such time lead to them unjustly towing my car... , and then lying about their actions leading up to it. Dishonest and no accountability.
