multiple management changes. mushrooms. mold. consistent trash in pool area. dog poop never picked up. repairs never made. and yet, this apartment complex is one of the most hypocritical, unconcerned, and unhelpful places i have ever experienced.
we have a ceiling roof leak stain that has never been fixed. a dishwasher that has an uncleanable filter. a rickety patio door that one of the kind maintenance men told us that the property wouldn’t bother replacing until after we moved out. a mailbox... with a broken lock. all of these and some other issues that were eventually resolved, and somehow our rent went up about $400.
we pay $25 for a trash service that has so many rules and specifications that it’s more stressful to abide by the trash service and our complex’s rules for it than to just walk it down to the dumpster ourselves. our management would rather drive around and see who isn’t following the trash rules than to see who isn’t picking up their dog poop, beer bottles at the pool, or what apartments are literally falling apart and need repair or what amenities just are hideous looking and need upkeep (tennis court). do better viera Read More
