Clean and fairly quiet community. Good neighbors. Management very helpful. Service requests answered promptly. Amenities are lovely and we even have a garage for extra storage. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

Overall, my experience as a resident here has been super great! The staff are friendly, the community is overall fairly quiet and reserved, and the amenities are worth the price! If I have to make any suggestions or comments, there are moments where there are people making noise above or around me, whether on a vehicle or just walking around upstairs. Sometimes I'm filming videos in here, so it doesn't help when they're driving around making noise. As for suggestions, the gym really could use a... coat rack or hooks for those who need to remove a hoodie or something.

It's coming close to a year since moving in, and it has been the best year at Grove! The unit itself is just what we needed, and the 2 minor issues we have had were resolved immediately. I so appreciate the level of communication and reachability of the management. They even know my name! I feel safe walking throughout the complex and everything is maintained.

The apartment has a cool for plan with a nice big patio, however during the warm months there is a pigeon infestation. Recently my hot water went out and maintenance had to come out about 4 or 5 times before it was repaired, so that was inconvenient. And the gym has been out of service for most of my time here (equipment was broken, then closed for renovations) . All I could use before it closed were the dumbbells and since the gym was so small, it was pretty much only into person at a time.... Curious to see the renovations once those are done, but due to small size, I just go to the gym or workout from home. The selling points of the apartment are the patio, convenient location, and price.

The apartment complex is the most beautiful place. I wish I had seen this before I moved to the other apartment. Love the email and the events that they do is amazing. You get to meet your neighbors.
