Strict on pets but otherwise a very nice, quiet, and well-kept community. People are generally respectful, and the walking trails and scenery are very nice. Plus it's about 5 minutes from historic downtown and 15 from Cool Springs.

Great location. Wish the gym were a little bigger so I just workout at home. Walkable neighborhood. Inside could be a bit brighter, but they choose a light tan color on the ceiling (think that's why it seems darker than it should). I have a corner unit so there are plenty of windows.

The apartments are beautiful inside and out. I absolutely love the exterior elevation w/stone as well as the exterior and interior paint colors. The amenities are fabulous, especially the rec room with pool table. The community is beautiful, especially with the pond and fountain and lots of scenic areas to walk my dog. I appreciate the friendly and helpful staff. It is very peaceful and I really love living here. However, I really wish they were built with concrete between the apartment floors,... as most apartments are. They were obviously built with wood between the three levels, as I can hear and feel every step from the people above me, even worse than in my previous two story home, which is shocking for an apartment.
The exceptionally nice grilling area at the pool deck was a big selling point. Overall, I really enjoy living here and the location is prime, within walking distance to Kroger, Target and several restaurants. Read More
