I love it so far!! I just moved in the other day and it already feels like home!!! The move was super easy and it wasn’t too complicated to sign the lease either!!

I’ve lived here at Greenhaven for almost 2 years and it has been such a wonderful experience. With the office staff being so friendly and having special events for the community for holidays & get togethers. They do a wonderful job with bringing community together and keeping the area well maintained. 10/10 best apartment I’ve lived in!

My family and I have enjoyed living here so far. The saltwater pool is great in the summertime. Beautiful walking paths around the property for walking the dogs. The fitness center and clubhouse are very nice and amazing to have as an extra space to exercise, work out, or play some shuffleboard or pool. I love that they have monthly community social meet-ups like a movie night, pizza party, etc hosted by resident social captains. The maintenance team has been awesome and always responsive and... friendly. The interior of the apartments are nice too. Nice big kitchen space, big closets, and so forth. I would say that for the "luxury apartment" market space, this probably is at the low-end of that space compared to competitors. Changes I would make would be cleaner hallway spaces in the outdoor common areas and I wish the bathtub/shower wasn't the old-school one-big-plastic fixture, and instead had tiles and a ceramic tub. I have lived here for over two years and have loved it. My apartment is nice, requests are always taken care of, and it’s in a safe area. I’ll be sad to leave, but recommend Greenhaven!

The communication for the leasing process wasn’t great. The first day I moved in the AC unit didn’t work. If the person handling a lease goes on vacation, then somebody should be covered for that person..
