It’s been noisy and I feel like there hasn’t been great communication. They attempt to keep us updated, but I still never feel like I know what’s happening.

I have always given a five star rating but I feel the apartment complex let us down a bit during the ice storm. No clearing of the driveways, no salting of the sidewalks until just a few days ago. I am elderly and cautious about falling. I was really afraid to get past the breezeway. I use a handicap parking place and it seems the area between the two spaces could have been cleared and salted. I was all but confined to my apartment for the duration of the ice accumulation. Well It is over... for now, but a more robust response next time would be appreciated. (2). The Trash pick-up is so haphazard that I don't know when to put it out any longer. Are they no longer picking up Sunday through Thursday? What gives with this...also the compactor area is a total mess. Just up the street from me. Guests asks me...whats up with that.

Perfect apartment, I hear some dogs here and there, but it’s very friendly place , I haven’t had the opportunity to check the amenities , but I’m really exited about it , hope this get better on summer
