This is my first apartment and I’ve lived here for 1 month. I’ve had good and bad experiences so far while living here. The good is that it’s quiet, inexpensive and it is conveniently located near the interstate and my favorite stores. The bad is there is absolutely no parking spaces left after 4-6 pm, people have to park on the sides of the road which makes the place apartment complex look disorganized and messy, tenants leave there trash throughout the parking lot, the gates are always opened... (I’m guessing they don’t work), you do not have 24 hour access to the gym (I’ve never received a key card for access). I had to move in a couple days late because a huge stain was found the day I was supposed to move in. Even though this wasn’t a true issue. I found it truly annoying. That’s my honest review. I have been a tenant in 2 different bldgs and apts I have been through 2 different mgmt companies but nobody beats the company we have now Jay is an amazing asst mgr he held this complex down and made sure all of us was comfortable and up to date on maintenance and signing a new lease Mrs.Courtnie was very forward and business minded she's very family oriented these 2 have kept every promise to all the residents we are a gated community with a very peaceful environment everyone is welcoming and... the kid's are safe daily playing outside not 1 incident stop by and see there options they will work with you and once you in your now our family thanks you guys love my office team and maintenance the best to ever do it Read More

I recently moved into my place on 11/29/19, I’m very pleased with the space and the look of with my new apartment I highly recommend these apartments my apartment looks fantastic with my furniture and things! The staff was great also...

I am proud to be a resident of the Oakleigh community. What I like most about the property is how clean, quiet, and safe the community looks. When I decided to commit to becoming a resident they had me approved and processed swiftly and in a short time I had keys. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a residency

I love how clean and quite this apartment is very nice place to live i love that I'm going to be living here so excited. And it has school around the area which is perfect for my kid.
