They have roaches bad! The maintenance doesn’t do his job. It takes weeks before he come and when he do come he says the problem is fixed when it’s not. They don’t answer the emergency line at all or return calls. They can’t keep anyone in office. They don’t have any amenities other than a ran down park and broken laundry room

WORST PLACE EVER!!!
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! THEY HAVE NO MAINTENANCE MAN. SO, IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HELP YOU. TRUST ME DO NOT MOVE HERE

Handover ridge apts
It's great living space inside the apartment but it's no where really for my son to play no swimming pool small toddler park everything's great besides the kid situation
