All hardwood floors, updated electrical, high efficiency natural gas furnace with AC. Updated dry basement. Pet deposit of $500 plus $25/monthly per pet added to rent. Tenant is responsible for all utilities and yard care. THIS HAS A PROPANE TANK YOU WILL NEED TO FILL. One thing I would like to note on this house, is there has been a death in the property. If someone didn't know, you would not be able to tell. Either way I would like to make sure you are aware of this. Our rental rates are based on a 12 month lease. If it is your intention to rent a unit for anything less than 12 months, the monthly rent and deposit will be increased by 20%. Our Renting Process: 1.
