Large three bedroom house. Entering the front door you come into the large kitchen, the kitchen has lots... of cabinet space. The kitchen has plenty of room for a dining table. There is a good sized pantry. The living room is very large with enough room for a sitting area and like a kids play area. The bedrooms are all a good sized with closets. The bathroom has a tub shower combination and a linen closet.

The newer basement does not have egress windows so this is a three bedroom with two extra rooms. Washer and dryer in the lower level, there is lots of space down here for a man cave, hobby room, or a play area for kids.

Newer electrical system with individually controlled baseboard heat in each room. There is also central heating throughout the house.

Fenced in back yard on this corner lot. There is a one car garage with lots of extra space for a work area or storage.

Pet deposit is $750 with an additional $25 per animal added to the monthly rent.

Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent.

8. Pay rent, prove any applicable utilities are in your name, get keys, pay pet deposit if applicable, sign a paper in our office stating lease was signed online.
