Overall great staff and quiet community. I feel the set up for the club house is nicely done and the layout of my apartment is perfect for my small family.

Overall it’s a decent complex. Maintenance is horrible when it comes to work orders. I’ve have had things pending for months to get fixed. The excess amount of weed smoking in here is getting ridiculous

It’s so far ok here. Very quiet and maintenance come when you need them to. The only thing I’m trying to adjust to is pets that are not on leashes cats and dogs.

I am pleased with the improvements that have been made in the last year which includes the power washing of the buildings and repaving of the parking lot. Office staff is always very nice.

The community is generally very quiet and peaceful, creating a comfortable place to live. The grounds are well maintained and kept clean, which adds to the overall appeal. Parking can be challenging at times, especially during busier hours, but it’s manageable. The staff is consistently friendly, and the customer service provided is excellent, making interactions smooth and pleasant.
