My experience from day 1 was nothing short of incredible. I had gone back and forth on so many different apartment communities, not really feeling like I had found the one that felt like home. From the moment I inquired online, a leasing consultant with Asher was eager to get in touch with me. The communication was friendly, consistent and clear. When I stepped foot into the main office for my first tour, the warm greeting I received was impressionable, and the atmosphere was breathtaking. I’ve really enjoyed my time at Asher. The community feels safe, the staff is friendly, and maintenance is quick to respond. It’s a quiet place to come home to, and the location is super convenient. Overall, a solid place to live.

After living at Asher for a month, I can confidently say it is an incredible community to reside in - from the condition and quality of the amenities to the friendliness and approachability of the leasing office staff, Asher provided nothing less than the best. We were very fortunate to have Alex give us a tour and convince us to move, and each member we have interacted with since has been nothing less than fabulous (Bri, Shayla, and Adam).

I love Asher as a whole. The maintenance team is great and friendly, there has just been a lack of communication and follow up. However, overall, I do love living at Asher.

Asher is the textbook definition of luxury meets comfort. The quality of the units - from the appliances, to the layout and the structure exceeded my standards. The warm welcome I received from the staff the day I first toured, all the way up to now living here. The amenities are to die for - the pool providing an island-escape type of feeling, the gym filled with all the equipment you could need, the WINE tasting bar, and the regular resident mixers/events. You truly feel you get what you are... paying for, in a luxury setting, surrounded by friendly people - from the residents to the staff, all while feeling like you are at home.
