New and improved!
The new management company has done a terrific job turning this property around. The community is clean, well-maintained, and located in a great part of Spartanburg. The units are recently renovated, yet still affordable.
I highly recommend this apartment community in Spartanburg, 10/10!!

Management
So recently we got displaced because of hurricane helene from wnc.
I have got to say this place is such a HUGE blessing. Denise and Ashley were extremely amazing. The apartments are really nice for the price. Also the neighbors are actually really nice. My children feel at home now that we lost everything and it's all because of them. Thank you guys.

Trashy and scary
People were smoking weed in the parking lot, totaled cars were scattered around, one of the roofs was caving in, there were several broken windows, and there was trash EVERYWHERE. Totally false advertising on their website and when I asked for a refund on my deposit they told me they weren’t going to discuss it with me at all even though they’re legally required to refund me. Good luck with the dispute from my bank! Horrible property.

Great staff!
Rich was always so helpful! Preston was always fast to fix any maintenance issues. Night time courtesy officers ensure safety,and keep a close look out.
