Temporary Housing Stacy & Gaela were the best site managers ever!! Kind, courteous, fun, helpful!! I lived here for about 13 months while my home was rebuilt after hurricane Helene! They made everything so easy. My doggies & I always felt safe. I loved the community get togethers! I have zero complaints & would live there again if the need arises!! Stacy is a doggie lover like me & he was very helpful when my baby frenchie got out!!

Comfortable One story living We were very happy with most aspects of the community especially the most recent management team, However, we were disappointed that the list of posted rules such as no skateboards, bikes, etc. should be adhered to. Also dogs should be leashed at all times and picked up after. There were several dogs on the restricted list that were allowed to remain in the community. The safety of all residents should be considered! The size and number of dogs per unit should... also be restricted. Two very large dogs or three small dogs is just too many. Residents should pay a fee for each dog/pet. We noted mold and mildew this year on the exterior of some buildings, as well as on the white railings of the steps to the common area which detracts from the neighborhood's appearance. Best neighborhood I really enjoyed living in this neighborhood. There was so much to like, it was well lit so I felt safe. It was quite and peaceful very welcoming
