Great place to live. Moved to South Carolina in 2023 this was our first place that we chose to live. They are great. The layout is perfect. It’s not too small not too big. It has a two car garage and a lot of room. The staff at the Mauldin Redwood Apartments is wonderful and especially the handyman that they have on staff Jerry. He is a great help and is there in a heartbeat when you need some repairs. The only reason we left is because we bought a house, but if we chose to sell the house and... move back into an apartment living, this is where we go.

Awesome We wouldn't have move except for the fact that the cost of rent was more than tbe cost of home ownership. Property was well maintained and friendly soffice staff. We were looking for a long term situation.

Great stay! This was much more than I could have hoped. The Apt. and grounds were beautiful and staff was always quick to respond. Jean was especially helpful and was always willing to do anything she could to assist us. I highly recommend Redwood Mauldin!
