Great find!
I moved in just over a year ago. Southwood Realty purchased it just after that. Nothing but positive improvements. Pool stays open longer than most communities and we have a new dog park! And the staff... they are like family to me. Rayleen, Eric and David are always so helpful and friendly ??

Great Apartments!!
We moved into a 2 bed/2 bath 3rd floor in April this year( 2019) . Couldn’t be more pleased with the property. Rayleen in the office and Eric in maintenance so friendly. Highly recommend!!

Terrible
I’ve held my tongue for too long. Worst establishment I have ever been affiliated with. No sense of responsibility. No respect toward the residents. Greystar was supposed to bring about positive changes around here, but the part-time leasing consultant with Blue Ridge was more reliable than who is hired now.

Trinna and Shawn are amazing!! They are both so friendly and helpful and are always making crescent pointe apartments a great place to call home!! Any time you need anything in your apartment, they are quick to call and get help to repair or replace it !! Best rental property you will find in or around Seneca !!
