The maintenence guy arrived on time with all the tools he needed. He was very helpful and attentive and had a great attitude. He replaced my kitchen faucet and I'm very pleased with his work.

I’ve lived at Clemson ridge for a year now and I really enjoy living here, the staff is super friendly, the apartments are spacious and super close to my husband and I’s jobs. My husband and I recently went into the leasing office to renew our lease for another year and we spoke with Patsy the assistant manager, she was so friendly and made the renewal process so easy! I highly recommend residents going to her for any questions or concerns.

To start the community is great. Very pet friendly environment. The dog park is a lovely place to let your dog run off leash and poop stations to clean up after your little one's mess to keep the complex clean. The staff is unbelievably friendly and accommodating. There are community gathers all the time at the leasing office to share a good time with the staff and fellow tenants. Drive by bingo (ask the leasing office what it is about) is just a fun way to give back to the tenants. The leasing... office is a welcoming place to swing by with your pet and have a nice coffee and visit with staff. Maintenance staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Had a major plumbing issue after hours late at night and they responded within the hour and had us up and running again within no time. The app to pay rent and submit maintenance requests is super easy, convenient, and just makes life simpler. You can see all of your payments and keep track of maintenance requests. I have lived in a few apartments at this point and I have never had a more welcoming community and staff.

The location is ideally within walking distance from Seneca High school (bus also stops at the apt complex) and only 1 mile from the Walmart. In a very central location for shops and near the downtown area as well. Highly recommend living here. Read More

Customer service outstanding. Great office staff put my wife's mind at ease when we were on a time crunch to find a place to live. They went the extra mile in putting in a handicapped ramp where one was not present for disabled mother in law. Very accommodating to the needs of the residents. Great maintenance crew friendly and very efficient. Mother in law needed pull bars in shower and handicapped toilet staff was on it and got with my wife and I and got what we needed in a timely manner. The... next day the maintenance crew was there to install. Residents very friendly. I would highly recommend clemson ridge to any one weather it be short term lease or long term. I can't say enough good things about the staff here at clemson ridge.

I moved here in 2009 and have really enjoyed apartment living. It's a friendly community with a very nice and helpful staff. It's close to local stores and restaurants and downtown Seneca and just a short drive to Clemson and Anderson. Totally rates 5 stars.
