I absolutely enjoy a 7 minute commute to my job. The community is quiet and an adult community. I absolutely enjoy the many community events just steps away from my front door. This is a nicely curated community that's not too busy and just the right amount of foot traffic. This is by far the BEST residence I've ever lived in. The convenience of local retail shops, restaurants and eateries is a bonus. Whether you're a social butterfly or an semi-introvert; you have a space to be you and... enjoy your surroundings.

I found this building organically, by taking one of my weekly walks with a friend around park circle and the navy yard. I immediately was like ‘I want to live here’ and I recommend taking a tour, it’s even better than you’ll see online. Beautiful building. They’re not building residences like this anymore and there’s a lot to be said for that.
