I’ve only lived at Monty for a couple of weeks but I’ve thoroughly enjoyed it! Leasing and move in was super easy, Grace and the rest of the team are very professional and knowledgeable about the property. The grounds are always well kept and the complex is clean and quiet. So far everything about Monty has been great and I’d recommend adding it to your search if you’re looking for a place to rent!

I’ve only been here for two weeks and I am pretty sure I won’t renew. It’s quiet so that’s a plus and maintenance is responsive. That’s the only two things I can say at this point but I don’t think they really care about the residents. It could just be a me thing, I would hope everyone else experience is better than mine thus far.
