Hello. Wanted to share my past weekend experience. It wasn’t a good one. The room was disgusting and dirty. The furniture was extremely old beat up UNCOMFORTABLE and junky. The bed was hard and squeaked loud and annoying. The blinds were broken and not functioning in most of the rooms. There was mold growing in the ceiling in the closets and the whole condo smelled on it every time the air turned on. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had for a vacation. I went to talk to... Jeff at the front desk multiple times over my weekend and he promised to make repairs and failed to deliver on his word. I would appreciate some type of compensation for my ruined vacation.
