They Cashed Our Application Check and Ghosted Us!!
filled out application on December 9th and gave the leasing agent a $350.00 check for our application fee.
finished our application on December 11th by sharing our bank acct information.
on December 15th we showed up at the Lively and the new management company was 'conducting training' for all leasing agents. the new management company assured us our application would be processed soon.
on December 18th we hadn't heard a word, so we tried calling many times, leaving many messages, none were... returned.
on December 20th we showed up at the Lively and spoke to one of the leasing agents who said she would prepare our lease in 20 minutes and email it to us. we never heard back from her.
we decided on December 20th that we didn't want to sign a lease with this crummy apartment place who couldn't be bothered to PROCESS AND APPROVE OUR APPLICATION after we did everything we were supposed to.
finally on February 12th we got a text from the Lively. they said 'with their transition things have been a little confusing', REALLY?
they ghost us for 2 months after they cash our check and suddenly they might be interested in processing our application.
i politely asked for our application fee back, since they didn't do anything for us (we are very well qualified and was welcomed into another community).
they ghosted us again!!!!!
i would never recommend even visiting this place to anyone.
sad some companies choose to do business like this.

It’s apartment living.. there’s going to be ups and downs to living in an apartment. Still love my choice in the apartment. Stilling on a balcony in the early morning and later in the evening is peaceful.

Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Beautiful bathrooms. Constantly dodging dog poo outside. Exterior windows are filthy and cannot be cleaned unless you have a balcony. Package room is chaotic. For a non-smoking building, hallways are always are full of smoke. Staff is personable. Community center is clean and peaceful.
