Used to be great, but now we no longer have events. The cold brew is down, the swing next to the fire place is taken down, the fireplace didn’t work last winter, one of the cpus in the lobby has no keyboard, etc. I appreciate them putting new TVs in the cabanas but we still can’t use them. Besides the fact of amenities, the staff is incredibly lovely to deal with.

“Living here has been a great experience. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful whenever I need assistance, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. I appreciate the peaceful atmosphere and how convenient the location is.

Quiet ?? Friendly, Clean. And Considerate Staff, and Fellow Neibors. Great Accommodations. Pool, Gym Grills. Ect.. Ample Parking. Easy access to Highways, and Byways...

It’s apartment living..
there’s going to be ups and downs to living in an apartment. Still love my choice in the apartment. Stilling on a balcony in the early morning and later in the evening is peaceful.

Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Beautiful bathrooms. Constantly dodging dog poo outside. Exterior windows are filthy and cannot be cleaned unless you have a balcony. Package room is chaotic. For a non-smoking building, hallways are always are full of smoke. Staff is personable. Community center is clean and peaceful.
