Great place to live Maintenence prompt and efficient . Office staff very cordial and friendly. One suggestion, do something with the concrete hallways floors, either vinyl or paint otherwise all good

I love living here. The amenities are wonderful, and the salt water resort pool is refreshing. The managers and Leasing agent are very nice and helpful. It is close location to everything I do and need.

The Lively has been such a blessing to my and my boys. We love living here. The community, amenities and maintenance have been wonderful. Everything is clean and organized. It is pet friendly and we love the outdoor space such as the pool, corn hole and ping pong tables!
