Avana Long Point is a beautiful property. It is peaceful and fun at the same time! Close proximity to stores, the beach, and the highway. I appreciate how much effort the staff puts into maintaining the property and hosting fun community events. I appreciate Jenny in the office so much! She is creative in finding solutions to problems, and will always help with maintenance issues. I am grateful that she is here to assist the community here. Overall a great place to live other than delays in... maintenance.

Nice community near the water
I have lived here for a while now and I’ve seen things change all over the property. Jenny in the main office is amazingly helpful with any need and explanation to things happening in the community. The community it self has gotten better in my time here, and like any business it has it rough days especially when dealing with so many different tenants, but constant staff members have been able to reassure residents that things are improving for a better resident experience. Amenities are nice,... with a number of spaces right on the marsh overlooking the Wando river.
