Avana is a great place to live .very beautiful, very quite ,close to beach and shopping .great restaurants near by also. Management is awesome ! Great place to live .

Centrally located Avana Long Point has great access to the greater Mt. Pleasant/Charleston and beach locations. An easy off/on 526 makes the work commute more tolerable come rush hour.

Living here has been a really positive experience — the community is peaceful, well-maintained, and feels safe. The staff are friendly and reliable, and even small details like the evening valet trash pickup (with their familiar whistles) add a nice touch of organization and care to daily life.

this is not a family friendly community, theres not playgrounds or spaces created for kids, just a bunch of dog parks.

I feel like I am at my own little resort!

The pool and views are beautiful. Friendly staff and great location. Maintenance wasn’t very timely but I see new staff and everything has improved in the recent weeks. Looking forward to this trend continuing because it’s so lovely here.
