The master bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed, full bathroom, and a flat-screen TV while the guest bedroom features two twin-size beds as well as a flat-screen TV. The condo comes equipped with a washer/dryer, ceiling fans, and offers Wi-Fi for its guests. Just a short walk from the condo is a sparkling outdoor swimming pool or the comfortable shade of the indoor pool. Personal grills are not allowed at the complex. For your convenience, this home includes free parking for two vehicles. The rent for this lovely condo is $1,295 per month with a $1000 security deposit. A processing fee of $95 is due prior to move-in. Departure cleaning fees and any applicable taxes are additional. Our properties are completely non-smoking. We rent to families and adults over the age of 25 only. Pets, motorcycles, and trailers are not allowed in this complex.
