Disappointing experience from start to finish
Don’t be fooled by the location and the river views, this community will let you down at every turn. So much potential that is ruined by shockingly poor management.

I have lived here for over a year and while the property is beautiful almost every aspect of the living experience controlled by the management team needs serious improvement.
The number one issue is the complete lack of response from the leasing team. I have only ever had one of my emails responded to and the phone is never answered. When I go in person during office hours often no one is at the desk and there is a group of people waiting for them to return. When someone is at the desk I am... told I will receive a call or email back about my issues and then I never receive a call or email. Emails are often sent saying to reach out with issues, but then replies are ignored. While the staff is kind I could never keep my own job if I ignored every email or call I received.
The parking situation is bad. Guests have to pay to park for event days and there is a $50/month parking fee for residents who have more than one car per apartment. There are break-ins, door dings from the tiny spots, minor accidents from all the blind corners, and the guest parking system has only ever worked one time for my guests. On the other hand boots and towing always happens quickly and without a hitch.
Valet trash is compulsory and costly but the trash isn’t collected Friday and Saturday so people just leave their garbage in the hallway which smells so so bad. I feel like if the staff did assess the fees they claim they assess for leaving trash in the hall people wouldn’t do it every week.
Finally, I am very disappointed that the staff only supplies coffee cups for our coffee amenity when they are working or conducting tours for new residents. They claimed this was to “go green” but I’m not sure why it’s green to use disposable cups during the day but not past 6PM as a resident.
Overall, the building is beautiful and the location is great, but for the price I don’t understand letting all the potential go to waste due to perpetual mismanagement.
