Excellent Place To Call Home I have lived in several apartment complexes in Charleston and the Palisades have easily been my favorite place to live. The complexes are clean and aesthetically up to date with a classy Charleston feel. The staff treats you like family and are always on top of issues that may arise. Great sidewalks and plenty of space for walking doggos and very close to the greenway to get some extra miles in!

Palisades of Charleston Palisades of Charleston does a splendid job of keeping the community safe and healthy. All office staff work incredible hard and are always so helpful with any concerns . I have had no bad experience living here. The office staff have always gone above and beyond to ensure our community is healthy and safe. Theresa and Kelly take pride in how residents are treated as do all offfice staff. I have lived here going on my second year and I can not imagine living anywhere... else. Thank you for doing your jobs with such grace

This property is a joke and very unreliable to keeping their word about deadlines and updated throughout the process. Every time you give them the proper information requested they come up with another excuse to delay the process and never giving you an exact reason why. Wasted 19 days before I found another place to live. The apartments appliances are outdated and overpriced.
