Maintenance Came by same day as ticket was created. Fixed as much as they could and ordered new parts. Completely fixed when parts came in.

Living at Paxton Pointe Hope has been a wonderful experience. The community is beautiful, peaceful, and exceptionally well maintained. From the grounds to the amenities, it’s clear that the management team takes great pride in creating a welcoming place to call home.

I especially want to recognize Kathleen for her outstanding customer service. She has been incredibly patient, responsive, and genuinely supportive throughout the entire process. Whether answering questions, helping with details,... or simply taking the time to make sure everything was handled properly, Kathleen consistently went above and beyond. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help made what could have been a stressful move feel seamless.

It’s rare to find someone who combines efficiency with such genuine care for residents. Kathleen is a tremendous asset to the Paxton Pointe Hope team, and her dedication truly stands out.

I genuinely cannot recommend living here under the current management.

Since the previous management team left, the atmosphere has changed completely. Instead of focusing on resolving resident concerns or improving the community, the current property manager, Charlene, seems far more interested in enforcing rules through immediate fines. There is little to no grace given, even for minor issues. Rather than issuing a warning or having a conversation first, the response is often an automatic... penalty.

What has been most disappointing is the complete lack of compassion and empathy. Most residents work full-time jobs and have busy lives, yet there seems to be little understanding that not everyone can drop everything the moment a minor issue arises. It feels less like management is working with residents and more like residents are being policed.

The enforcement also appears inconsistent. Some residents can leave trash out for days without consequence, while others are fined for leaving a trash can out only a short time after pickup. When rules aren’t applied equally, it creates frustration and resentment throughout the community.

Good property management is about maintaining a community while treating residents with fairness, professionalism, and respect. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here. Instead, it has often felt like an unnecessary abuse of authority rather than thoughtful management. Read More
