Peggy is a native of Florence County. In fact, she has lived all of her life in Florence County. This makes her an expert on Florence, South Carolina, and the surrounding Pee Dee region. She is knowledgeable about the neighborhoods and their special features in and around Florence County. Peggy loves this business! She delights in sharing the enthusiasm of a home purchase, and finds great satisfaction when she successfully negotiates a sale. Peggy is involved in local community groups, attends a local church, and lives in the neighborhood. She has a long-term commitment to the Florence, South Carolina community and is committed to serving you, now and in the future. Peggy is married to Charles Collins. They were married in 1962 and have two children and eleven beautiful grandchildren. They also have three beautiful great grandsons and two extraordinary and beautiful great granddaughters. They have lived and worked in the Florence and Marion, South Carolina communities for more than thirty- eight years. They continue to work as a team to help relocate buyers to Florence, Marion, Darlington, Hartsville and the surrounding cities in South Carolina. They were delighted to welcome their granddaughter, Morgan McLamb, to their team in 2015. They are having a great time working together. Peggy served as President of the Realtor Association of Greater Pee Dee in 2001. She also served as President of Realtors Education Foundation of South Carolina in 2004. She was Realtor of the Year from her local association in 2002. She was also chosen as CRS of the year for South Carolina in 2004. She continues to be active in the state and local Association of Realtors. Her designations include Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate of Realtor Institute, and Accredited Buyers Representative. Peggy believes in technology and strives to stay abreast of the latest technology tools available to Realtors. Peggy has OVER THIRTY EIGHT YEARS OF REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE which means getting good service that is backed by confidence, trust and loyalty.
