Have been seeing noticeable improvements in living here over last four years with new business manager! Especially appreciate improved communication with residents with the monthly newsletter. Things in disrepair have been repaired and looking good! The entire maintenance staff is great! Great response time to requests as well as very pleasant communication with all of this team! Management needs to remind residents of trash pick up days! See trash cans left in hallway over 2 days due to no... trash pick up days! Looks and smells very bad in the hall! Management also needs to remind pet owners to not let their pets use the common areas right outside entrance doors as a pet relief station!!

Love the community and neighborhood! Pool and common areas are beautiful. The community room is amazing with lots of amenities very pet friendly and a great dog walking place. .

While some fixes have finally been made -- internet being re-established after down for over 4 months in "office area", flooring finally repaired in community room, dog washing station a bit cleaner with essential supplies added, Simmons Park needs much more attention. In my opinion, the best part about the complex is the locality. Besides that, the pool area needs to be refurbished with new seating and cleaner cushions, although with the new obnoxious building going on behind it which has... interrupted the serene pond and quietness it overlooks, not sure if it matters anymore. The gym has had several machines that haven't worked in 2 years and needs equipment upgrades. Parking has become nearly impossible unless you opt for $100 garage fee per month! It is also one of the few apt. complexes without a dog park! While staff and new management personnel are amazing and very helpful, certain changes are out of their hands!
