My son & I had a tour today with a VERY pleasant & inviting manager, Ameriah (sp?) however when we first walked in & informed a staff memeber of why we were there, the young lady had a very off putting attitude & was very rude to be honest! She made some comments that made me go "nope, this will not be somewhere I'd want to live if this is how you talk in front of prospective tenants", ( it very well may had been an overwhelming day for her as I believe their corporate people were there) however... that being said I wouldve expected a different approach, than what we were met by regardless! They way she looked at & spoke to us, almost made me turn around & leave, however I didn't & continued on with the tour. Im glad that I didn't as the property manager & maintenance were top tier & very professional & welcoming. I do overstand being overwhelmed, as I work in customer service & deal with all walks of people every day, but to turn up your nose & face plus the way she spoke when we arrived wasn't professional at all! We all have bad days so I won't take anything from the property, maintenance or the office manager bc they gave top tier interactions, but mamas with the wig band on needs some training on tact & professionalism. If you're talking like that to prospective tenants I can only imagine how you talk to your tenants. I greatly appreciate the time & attention given by management & others though. Love the community it feels more safer it's very clean

My apartment is very well insulated. Appliances are new.parking spaces are plentiful. The entry and exit gates really tip the scale for me.The management is very efficient and on top of things.
