I never thought I’d love an apartment complex as much as I love this one. After a terrible last experience, Companion turned out to be everything we needed. Clean, smoke free, and BRAND NEW CARPET AND VINYL (huge deal with a 1 year old). The front office staff is extremely friendly and make sure you have everything you need. I’m happy to call Companion my home :)

I love this place it’s been absolutely wonderful. The environment is very peaceful and very well kept. The staff is very welcoming and personable and I loved that about them. The property manager teressa greeted me with open arms and made me feel at home before I even signed the lease. The amenities are awesome too the gym is definitely not the average apartment complex gym and the movie theater will blow your mind just as it blew mine. Companion at the Palm is an awesome place to live. The management staff is amazing, kind and courteous. Since I have lived here they have responded to all of my needs. It is very quiet and the residents respect one another, they will offer assistance when they see you struggling with bags or whatever. You do not see that often. Its just a caring community and I would recommend anyone to live here.
