My experience with burnside was so comfortable and informative that it made it easy for me to make this place home. The staff is super friendly and helpful it was the best leasing experience I’ve ever had.

Not a fan of the property. It looks like im living in low income housing. As soon as you get past the office it quickly goes down hill. Image not pleasing to the eye.

Move in process was easy. This is a beautiful community. They let me see the different units before I decided which one I wanted. The leasing staff are very great.

It’s really a good place to live. It is newly built and all the things are duly taken care for a family to live comfortably specially floor plans. Kitchen is spacious and perfectly designed, it has got good storage, rooms are spacious. All the appliances are good and easy to use. Amenities are good. Atmosphere is peaceful gives very good vibes. I like balcony the most it gives good pool view. I am really excited to use amenities and looking forward for more exciting events to enjoy. Community... app is really cool and easy to use. App updates all recent events and general instructions reaches out easily, work orders are placed easily and are responded quickly. Its only 15 days i have spent here but I would like to say overall its a perfect place to live comfortably and peacefully.
