Look Anywhere Else

I had high expectations for this luxury apartment community, but my experience has been consistently disappointing.

First, it took management seven weeks to agree to replace a leaking garbage disposal that was emitting a strong ozone-like smell. The maintenance team responded quickly to attempt to fix it, but the actual replacement – which should have been the clear solution after the first two attempts – was a drawn out debate with management.

Second, the overall construction quality of the...
units does not match the “luxury” label. There are numerous visible dings and dents throughout, and in my case, paint spackle was left all over the floors upon move-in – throughout the unit. When brought to management’s attention, I was told there was nothing they could do, which is not an acceptable response for a premium property.

Most concerning, however, is the lack of transparency and accountability regarding vendor operations. Residents were not informed that vendors routinely use the loading dock near the skywalk between 3–5 AM six nights a week, creating significant noise disturbances during sleeping hours. This appears to be outside of local noise regulations, yet management has refused to take meaningful action. Their only response has been to say they’ve “notified the vendor,” with no effort to enforce change or protect residents’ quality of life with actions the management team could take – such as hiring security or locking out the door during night hours.

It has taken me five months to get alignment with management to be able to move out due to these undisclosed, and unaddressed, issues. If you value your sleep, look elsewhere.

Overall, this property fails to deliver on the standards it advertises. Poor construction quality and a lack of accountability make it difficult to recommend.

We strive to provide the best possible experience for all of our residents, and we’re sorry to hear that yours did not meet expectations. When you reported concerns with the garbage disposal, our team responded promptly, and both our onsite... maintenance staff and licensed plumbers evaluated the issue. Although the cause was not immediately evident during initial inspections, we proceeded with a full replacement to ensure the matter was fully addressed. We also complete inspections prior to each move-in and encourage residents to document any concerns on their inspection form at that time so they can be properly noted and reviewed. As for the noise concerns, our community is located in a growing urban area, and we are excited to be part of the continued development within the BullStreet District. That said, we did take your feedback seriously and have since adjusted vendor route schedules to improve the pickup process and minimize disruption. We understand how important comfort and quality of life are, and we have offered alternative options and recommendations during your time with us. We would still welcome the opportunity to discuss these further and address any remaining concerns, please feel free to contact our office directly at your convenience.
