Since going under new management, the management has a very negative attitude towards the renters. They stop remolding and painting just to start evictions on a lot of renters. They never fix any issues on time. Some of the apartments has mold in them and nasty carpet throughout the apartment. Management never answers phone calls nor return calls. She sits in her office a will not open door for renters. My mother and I have weakened floor in the kitchen for months that still needs fixing, and we... live in an upstairs unit.

Great value and new management
This is a nice place and I have a good apartment. I think the rent is reasonable considering the size. Also the location is very good.
I really like the new manager Vernice! They are cleaning up the property. I don't use the pool but it looks good and I bet the kids like it. I would recommend this place to others to rent.

Great value!
This is a very nice and quiet community with reasonable rents. Units are large and the pool is kind of nice. Management seems friendly.

Tanglewood Apartments
I have lived in my current apartment for less than a month. Tanglewood was a blessing to me. I was looking for a month for a place to live within my budget and they popped up in my search. You can't find a place now that includes water, cable, sewer, and trash in the monthly rent rate. And you definitely can't find a place that will care about you as much as Bob and his office manager, Kathy do. Bob hooked up my washer and dryer for me while I was at work! They are truly a blessing and I'm so... glad I found a place that was both safe and within my budget!
