My experience at the Roost Apartments is highly satisfactory and well maintained community. The Staff , maintain s and management are well professional and inviting for all new applicants to want to be part of the Roost Family and their experiences living with the Roost they call there new home.

i love the location it’s nice and clean security enforced gated and safe. it also can be recognized for its amenities like the pool volleyball court gym study lounge, and more things.i love the property very nice staff.

I wanted to share my honest experience living at The Roost, to help future residents. While the complex has potential, my time here has unfortunately been quite frustrating due to a few ongoing issues.Communication: The office staff seems a bit disorganized. It is hard to get a straight answer because you often end up speaking with different people who give different information, making it tough to resolve issues. I see them trying with new management. Maintenance: We have faced some major... delays with repairs. I went without hot water for a full week, and the air conditioning has gone out on numerous occasions. Amenities like the pool were also frequently closed or unavailable.Safety: There have been some safety and concerns around the property through out my time here. This is especially worrying because the gate is often broken and left open.Overall, for the price of rent, I feel like the maintenance and communication could be much better. Read More
