The new staff has been great and much more helpful, but the condition of the apartments leaves a lot to be desired. There have been ongoing maintenance issues, and some problems have taken longer than expected to resolve. The staff deserves credit for their efforts, but the property itself needs significant improvement.

The community is clean and nice. However, activities and events are held during the day during class or work. Sometimes the front office does not give appropriate notice for entering the apartment, most of the time they do though.

Very big layout and fun clean amenities. Anytime I have a maintenance problem the request is a fast and efficient way in the portal and always gets resolved quickly

I’ve really enjoyed living here so far. The community is quiet, the staff has been helpful whenever I’ve had questions, and maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. I also appreciate how clean and well-kept the property is. Overall it’s been a positive experience and I would recommend this apartment community to others looking for a comfortable place to live.
