My experience at the roost so far has been amazing. Everyone is very friendly. Its’s quiet. The staff is very helpful and they are also friendly too!!

Overall I have had a good experience. The apartment is very nice and spacious. However, the maintenance requests do take a long time to get fixed.
I do believe that the rest should be a bit cheaper, for how far from downtown it is in comparison to other apartment complex.

The only complaint at the moment is that there seems to be constant issues with the WiFi. It is also very luck of the draw with how loud your neighbors are at night.
