Great location and genuinely helpful staff. Grace and Sarah have been patient and responsive through a move-in process that involves a lot of systems to navigate. Floor plan dimensions online weren't accurate, but the team went out of their way to manually measure the unit before move-in and that level of service has continued since. Would recommend.

The leasing staff at The Guild is top notch. Although they are in high demand, they made sure to check in and let me know I was next. Toured several apartments, and did not feel rushed or pressured, but Grace let me know that availability was limited and waiting could lose the apartment. My first selection was gone, but they quickly found me a substitute and helped reassure me that it was secured. Overall a top notch, high end experience and great building.

I have loved living at the Guild for the last three years. The staff and community there has truly made me feel at home, so much so that I have never considered living anywhere else after I moved to Charleston.

The Guild is an amazing apartment in downtown Charleston. The location is superb for someone new to the area. The views from the 7th floor pool deck are stunningly and beautiful. The location is about a mile to a mile and half for the Harris Teeter grocery store, Target and Walgreens. The quality and design of the building is unique. It is extremely well-maintained, clean and very safe. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. Jesse James was great at answering any questions I had about the... apartment and the Charleston area in general. I only lived in Charleston for a year, but I would move back to The Guild if the opportunity came up again to live in downtown Charleston.
