The community atmosphere here is one of my favorite parts. There’s always something going on, and it’s a great way to meet people and actually feel connected to where you live.

Perfect for me!
Summit place welcomed me with open arms when I moved from Cleveland, Ohio. I know Ohioans aren’t everyone’s favorite but everyone here has made me feel more welcome than I have in any living situation in my past. Thanks summit place!

Tons of benefits
I used to go into the office for the grab-and-go resident events that they held, but after talking with Carli and Nicole, they really brought me the feeling that they enjoyed my company in the office. They seem to actually care about the residents and the staff just gives off such a positive vibe that feels very welcoming. Even if I'm in there to just say hey, I am always offered drinks and snacks which is nice :) This made it really easy to renew for the following year.
