The website was so easy to navigate and I loved that all of the prices were right there for you to view. A big turn off with other complexes is when the prices are not listed and it tells you to call and ask. There were no hidden fees, every single thing you need is broken down for you right there on the website. The leasing agents, particularly Jenna, made me feel so at ease with her extremely prompt responses to my questions and being so incredibly helpful!

A great apartment with so much to do and people to meet. The apartments are new and very modern. I have felt right at home! Two things to know it is pretty expensive and maintenance takes their sweet time (or just not coming at all).

Overall, living at Goddard Point Hope is a very pleasant experience. The apartments are new, beautiful, and well-maintained. The grounds are a pleasure to walk about. The location is so convenient to restaurants, shopping, medical offices, veterinarian, etc...
