I’ve had a great experience working with Mrs. Tammy. She is very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. My unit is spacious, quiet, and feels very safe. I also love how convenient the location is—close to stores, restaurants, and everything I need day-to-day. Also Tony respond quick to my calls about internet. Very helpful gentleman.

NOT worth the money manager is never in the office ,no one ever answers the phones,

I have been living in autumn park for almost a year and I love it. It is cool and quite in the area it's gated and secluded and all the neighbors are nice and cordial. The unit are very clean and sufficient the maintenance service's employees are very efficient in what they do in keep you happy and trying to improve the look of the units as well as keep them up. The manager is a very cool lady and she is willing to help in anyway. Now onto the other amenities there are garages and storage rooms... available for residents and also my apartment came with a washer and a dryer and also the apartment that I moved into was clean and ready when I moved in and speaking of moving in it took a total of 2 days from when I filled out the app and moved in so it is a speedy move in process and also the water is included with your rent and the pool and hot tub is alway in top shape and clean every time that I go and the fitness room is ok but a gym membership is better so I hope this was helpful to anyone thinking about moving to atumn park.
