I’ve lived here for 2yrs the staff never answers the phone, exercise equipment is always broke, car was is only open 2months out of the year, dog ?? everywhere. Hot water goes out sometime when showering I had to bug them for 2weeks about a faulty fire alarm. Oh yeah and the carpet was coming up exposing carpet nails that I stepped in and had to have surgery.

I've lived here for about 7 months and am very happy here. It's nice and quiet despite being next door to a huge shopping center. The demographic is mostly working-age adults and young families which means not a lot of partying and late-night carrying on. I'm in a 1 bed/1 bath with a balcony that overlooks the woods which is very nice. Critiques include the amenities aren't in the best shape - the cardio equipment is almost always broken - and the leasing office is hard to get a hold of... sometimes. The hours are 8:30-5:30, M-F, which means if you also work a day job, it's almost impossible to get to them during office hours. Auston Woods is a great apartment complex for the price starting around $570 for 1bd/bth. The apartments are constructed well, concrete floors and fire retardant walls, centralized sprinkler and smoke detectors. Garbage disposal, dish washer, and refrigerator are included, washer and dryer hookups are there for you to connect your own. The only issues I can complain about are; the kitchen is small(I have a 1bd/bth, the 2 and 3bd/bths are slightly bigger, but not by much.
