This complex is dangerous (shooting in parking lot March ‘22), strewn garbage everywhere outside. Zero amenities. New owners interested in fixing meaningless exterior aesthetics to justify rent hike on top of what are already exorbitant prices, while doing nothing to address the horribly dated and dilapidated interiors. Tiny kitchen with horrible appliances IF they work. Terrible management. Poor security (bad lighting, no cameras and porch pirates). Whole place should be condemned.
