The lake area is nice , clean and well kept. The staff is super nice. Kristina , Bethany and Adam are always organizing fun activities and willing to help. Maintenance team is great ( shoutout to Alvin who’s always willing to assist with anything that needs fixing). Would recommend !!

Good place to live
The apartment units are so spacious and have great natural lighting which is always nice to have. Also the view to the pond is amazing any time of the year; the gym and pool are super clean all the time. Also the administration team is always welcoming and friendly (shoutout to CrisTina, Adam and Bethany) Also big mention to Alvin on the maintenance team, he is such a friendly and competent person, every single time we need something fixed he does a fantastic job!

A nada le hacen mantenimiento
No le hacen mantenimiento a la piscina la luces y sombrillas no funcionan y en la oficina nunca están hasta la zona de parrilla la quitaron y nunca mas la volvieron a colocar

Not Well Organized
The office to maintenance staff don’t seem well organized. They replace the carpet in the apartment above me Monday morning, I asked why I wasn’t notified that it was going to be loud. “Well that’s not protocol“. A lot of things that would seem normal in an apartment complex operation, they look at you like it’s unheard of. The area does look nice, but if you’re wanting to live somewhere were they care about you, this is not it.

The Best Office Staff Ever!!!
Aleisha and Shapri were so helpful from the start! I was so nervous because I was moving 8 hours away from my family and they calmed me down and took my nerves away. I toured my new apartment with Aleisha and Shapri came out to see how I liked it and made me feel so comfortable. It was great to meet the office staff on the first visit. They even set up cable, internet and water for me. These ladies even surprised me with a $500 check when I referred one of my co-workers. A few weeks ago they had... Leopold's icecream catered omg! I'm beyond happy here and let everyone know! Keep it up ladies :-)
